Notes:

  1. TX employees: 0.2% less over the length of the contract than RX total because of the many equity increases to low paid TX employees (see job titles listed below).
  2. RX employees.
  3. Employees on 2% steps are: SRA II, SRA III, SRA IV, Museum Scientist, Sr. Museum Scientist, Marine Tech II and Marine Tech III. Everyone that has a satisfactory evaluation will receive at least this step. Supervisors can give more steps.
  4. Employees on 2.3% steps are all those not listed in (3). Everyone that has a satisfactory evaluation will receive at least this step. Supervisors may give more steps.
  5. The step listed is the minimum that non-topped out employees will receive. You can request to receive more.
  6. Unrepresented employee pay ranges only move up around 2% each year. New hires coming in at the bottom of the pay range will only start out 2% higher than new hires from the year before. The TX/RX pay ranges move by an amount equal to the cost-of-living.
  7. TX and RX employees also received a lump-sum amount equal to $220 (about 0.5% of pay) in early 2006.
